Wind and Truth by Brandon Sanderson: what to read next, and why.
-
The Name of the Wind
Another long, absorbing fantasy where the pleasure is in its voice and magic, although self-contained in focus.
-

-
Mistborn: The Final Empire
Same author, with a tighter and shorter story to see the same style of magic and payoff.
